Jewish Women & American Hanukkah

This 40-minute talk hosted by the American Jewish Historical Society included a conversation about the role of Jewish women in the evolution of the American Hanukkah tradition as well as a live cooking demonstration of a nineteenth-century German caramelized onion tart, or ‘Zwiebelkuchen’.
